Start by creating an account and submitting your item through our online form . Our specialists will review it and provide an estimated quotation range based on brand, condition, and market demand. If you agree with the estimate, you can bring your item to Kanz Kollective for inspection. Once the item is checked in person, we confirm the final quotation and prepare it for listing on our website.

We accept designer handbags, watches, shoes, jewelry, and selected accessories. For a full list of accepted categories and brands, please refer to our website.

Our specialists assess each item based on the designer, origin, materials, year, rarity, and condition. A quotation range will be sent for your approval. Once you accept, a Consignment Agreement will be issued outlining the terms of the sale. After the item arrives and is inspected, a final quotation will be confirmed and the piece will go live online. You can track updates and messages anytime through your account.

(Kanz Kollective reserves the right to decline items that differ from their original description or arrive damaged. In such cases, the item will be returned at the seller’s expense.)

Each consignment is managed carefully by our team, from authentication and cataloging to marketing and sale. Fees are transparent and include commission, insurance, and promotional costs. You can review the full terms in our Terms & Conditions.

Payments are made by secure bank transfer in your preferred currency. Cash payments are available on request with prior notice. Once your item is sold and the
transaction is complete, payment will be processed within 3 - 5 business days.

If an item remains unsold after the consignment period, you can either have it returned or continue listing it with adjusted pricing. Our team will advise you on the best option.

Prices are determined through market research, considering brand popularity, demand, rarity, and condition. We review comparable sales and trends to set a fair
and competitive price for your item.
